·   Making the guest's bills clearer when paying. We are working on ways to make the accounts clearer and ensure we explain any items that guests may find in their statement.

 

·   Follow up calls after treatment to ensure our guests have the correct information for post operative care.

 

·   Making it clearer or giving more advanced notice when appointments need to be changed.
