Advanced Laser Applications in Clinical Dentistry

This course will provide the dental professional with an understanding of laser science, safety and types of lasers. This full day workshop will focus on the clinical applications of the Diode Laser as an integral part of everyday modern dental practice, clearly emphasizing the advantages to the patient, clinician and the dental team. Attendees will learn the major differences and relevant application between soft tissue versus hard tissue lasers. There will be a special focus on advanced surgical, cosmetic, periodontal, implantology and endodontic applications. By the end of the session participants will have a good understanding of what role a laser could play in each of their practices, and gain confidence on how to safely and successfully perform common laser procedures.
