New Guest Experience
Our New Guest Experience is a 1hr appointment, designed to get a complete diagnosis of your mouth, 
teeth and gum condition as well as the aesthetics of your face and smile.
We listen to you, learn about your concerns and let you know what you can expect from us.
The new guest experience is much more than a dental exam. It is a complete oral heath and smile assessment, including:
- Oral cancer screening
- Facial and smile aesthetics
- Orthodontic issues
- Gum and bone health diagnosis,
- Functional analysis of your jaw joints
- An examination of your teeth to find any existing or potential problems
- Determining your level of health risk, so you can prevent further new decay or gum disease
This is the beginning of a long-term relationship of care that we wish to start with you.
During this oral assessment we will take:
- A panoramic digital scan
- Digital pictures of your face, mouth and smile
- Digital x-rays of your teeth and bone
- A saliva test (to ascertain the level of bad bacteria in your mouth)
- Models of your teeth (if you require an extensive dental makeover)
After creating a treatment plan for you, we invite you back to discuss your treatment options as well as the cost and payment options available to you.
