Karen came to us unhappy with the look of her teeth and she had some health issues surrounding some of her teeth. She didn’t like her front teeth which were prominent, or the colour of her teeth. Our commitment to Karen was to give her the straight natural beautiful smile she had always wanted along with educational and empowerment on how Karen could best look after her mouth. Karens commitment to us, was to look after her dental health first and foremost, visiting the dental hygienist every 4-6 months and complying with the requirements of the treatment which included using our balancing oral care system, Ozospa.

We decided that due to her narrow jaw at the top, we would get the best cosmetic result if we straightened her teeth first and widened the top arch to allow room for Porcelain Veneers in the right proportions. Karen decided to wear Invisalign retainers instead of braces which are a clear mouthguard worn all day and night (except when eating or drinking). This procedure took her 2 years to complete to give her the right foundations and enough room for dental porcelain veneers.

TRIAL SMILE  For all our smile makeover cases, we first proceed to a trial of what your final smile will look like. This allows you to visualise clearly what your new smile will look like, wear it for a few days to see how your family and friends like it, before we proceed to the finished product. The teeth were prepped for Porcelain Veneers and within 2 weeks of the first prep appointment, she had her amazing new bright straight smile that she had always dreamed of. Her case was not a quick fix, but for a couple of years of effort, she now has the rest of her life to enjoy her beautiful new smile.
